A photo or photocopy of your passport (or another photo ID), a small refundable cash deposit, and a contact number. We do not hold your original passport, ever.
Free within 3 km of central Da Nang — that covers most of the beach hotels, An Thượng, and the centre. Outside that we charge a small flat fee. We bring the bike to you, do a quick walkthrough, and you're off.
You're in Vietnam — it'll happen. The bike is rated for rain — just avoid deep flooded streets.
Call us, tell us where you are, and we'll come swap the battery or bring you a tow. It's rare — 150 km is a lot more than most days.
Yes. The EVO200 seats two adults comfortably and we provide two helmets per rental.
